All domains registered, renewed, managed, or sold by HashUp Digital LTD are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Domain Availability & Enquiries

All enquiries regarding domain names must be made by email to info@hashup.co.uk or via the contact form available on our website.
HashUp Digital LTD does not publish a public list of domains for sale. Availability and prices will
be provided individually upon request.
We reserve the right to withdraw a domain from sale or change its price prior to completion of purchase.

2. Limitation of Liability

HashUp Digital LTD shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by the customer
if a domain is withdrawn from sale or becomes unavailable.
We strongly advise confirming both availability and price in writing before making any related financial commitments or entering into third-party agreements.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via bank transfer to the official account details provided in our written correspondence.
Invoices will be issued by HashUp Digital LTD in accordance with UK law.
Domains will be transferred only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Domain Transfer

Once payment has been received, HashUp Digital LTD will initiate the transfer of the domain name to the buyer’s nominated registrar.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the registrar account details provided are accurate.
Ownership will be considered complete once the transfer is confirmed by the registry.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds will be issued after the domain transfer has been completed.
If a domain becomes unavailable before payment is processed, any funds received will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Offers & Negotiations

All offers made for domains are non-binding until confirmed in writing by HashUp Digital LTD.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or counter any offer.
Once an offer is accepted and payment is received, the sale is considered final.

7. Customer Obligations

The buyer agrees not to use any purchased domain name for unlawful purposes, in bad faith, or in violation of any third-party rights.
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the purchased domain name.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
